Award-winning Swedish rapper C. Gambino killed in armed attack
C. Gambino, one of Sweden's well-known rap artists, has lost his life in an armed attack in the city of Gothenburg.

According to a report by the newspaper Expressen, the 26-year-old artist, whose real name was Karar Ramadan, was found wounded late last night in a parking garage near Selma Lagerlöf Square in Gothenburg.
The young artist, who was determined to have been shot, passed away at the hospital where he was taken.
C. Gambino, one of Sweden's well-known artists who was named "Hip Hop Artist of the Year" at the country's prestigious Grammis awards, had 7 bullet holes found in the door of the parking garage where his vehicle was located. An investigation into the incident has been launched.
A police official stated that C. Gambino lived in the area and was attacked while arriving to park his vehicle.

Police spokesperson Annika Laag said, "We are trying to gather information from as many witnesses as possible and we continue to work on the technical investigation."
It was reported that police teams raided an address in Gothenburg regarding the murder and detained several individuals.
Reports in the Swedish press stated that the police are investigating the connection of the murder to gang rivalries in Gothenburg.
