Ayşe Hatun Önal is facing ongoing legal issues regarding the rental property she occupies. It is alleged that Önal, who was supposed to vacate the home she has resided in for 11 years, has also failed to pay her maintenance fees.
According to a report in Sabah newspaper, it was revealed that Önal has been living as a tenant in an apartment in Üsküdar for 11 years. However, after the contract became indefinite following the 10-year mark, the landlord sent a formal notice to Önal to vacate the property.
Singer Önal, who pays a monthly rent of 12 thousand 500 lira, did not vacate the apartment despite the notice period provided. The landlord took the matter to court and requested the eviction of the property.

It was also revealed that Önal has not paid her maintenance fees for 1 year. Consequently, the singer, who is now facing enforcement proceedings, had a court rule for the termination of the rental contract and the eviction of Ayşe Hatun Önal from the house.
