It was reported that the 29-year-old celebrity, who underwent surgery at the Sao Luiz Hospital in Sao Paulo earlier this week, experienced difficulty breathing and suffered a heart attack during the operation.
In a statement released by the hospital, it was noted that the surgery was immediately halted after Andrade suffered the cardiac event, but the young woman lost her life due to a pulmonary embolism.
The official cause of death for the young star was recorded as 'pulmonary embolism'.
