Emphasizing that she was going through difficult times and that empathy is important in human relationships, Uzman had written the note, "I am burned out."
While Uzman's statement became a trending topic, a noteworthy post came from the show's makeup artist, Esra Okumuş.
In a video she filmed in the set trailer, Okumuş mimicked Uzman's "I am burned out" words, saying, "Because I have caught burnout syndrome."
MÜJDE UZMAN'S RESPONSE WAS SWIFT
Seeing the video, Uzman quoted it on her social media account and wrote, "My dear Esra does not have a situation like mocking; words and feelings do not belong only to me. For days, I have been reading messages from hundreds of people who share that they feel this way. Esra can feel it too. She can share it. Please let's stay calm, there is no problem; let's not break each other unnecessarily while talking about kindness, beauty, empathy, etc."
Following the reactions, a statement came from Gold Film producer and director Faruk Turgut.
"NECESSARY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN"
In a post on his X account, Turgut emphasized that necessary action would be taken regarding the makeup artist, stating, "The post made by our set makeup artist following our actress Müjde Uzman's post was not appropriate. Necessary action will be taken."
