Famous singer Cenk Eren announced that he has increased health precautions at his concerts following the unfortunate incidents experienced on stage by his colleagues Metin Arolat and Volkan Konak.

Following the death of Metin Arolat, who suffered a heart attack on stage, and the incident involving Volkan Konak, Cenk Eren announced that he has taken steps to increase health safety at his concerts. Eren stated that he now keeps a team trained in first aid and an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) device at his performances.
Eren said, 'I spoke with a friend who is a heart surgeon, and we received training for both myself and my team. Because performing on stage is a high-stress job. When Volkan Konak fell on stage, three doctors intervened, but they couldn't restart his heart because the necessary equipment wasn't available. That is why I took this precaution,' he said.

An AED device is a portable device that, during sudden cardiac arrest, delivers a shock to the heart through electrodes placed on the chest to help it function. Such devices can be life-saving in emergency situations.
HEALTH STATUS AND LIFESTYLE CHANGES
Cenk Eren stated that he had a stent placed last month due to a blockage in one of his coronary arteries and that this situation affected him psychologically. Saying, "I thought I was dying," Eren noted that he quit smoking during this process, started walking, and removed carbohydrates, sugar, and salt from his life. He added that he has lost 12 kilos thanks to these lifestyle changes.
