Cheese-stuffed jalapeno pickle recipe!

Ingredients

500 grams of jalapeno peppers

150 grams of curd cheese (lor) or dry curd cheese (çökelek)

150 grams of Ezine cheese

75 grams of clotted cream (kaymak)

Olive oil

Vinegar

Salt

Preparation Stages

Prepare the Jalapenos

Cut off the top of the jalapeno peppers and clean out the seeds inside. Make sure the inside of the peppers is completely empty. If you do not like them too spicy, you can remove all the seeds.

Prepare the Cheese Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until it reaches a smooth consistency. If you wish, you can diversify the filling material by using different cheeses.

Stuff the Peppers

Put the cheese mixture you prepared into a piping bag or a freezer bag and squeeze it into the peppers. After filling, you can close the top of the peppers.

Prepare the Pickling Brine

Put vinegar, water, sugar, and pickling salt into a pot and let it boil. After the mixture boils, take it off the stove and let it cool down.

Place the Jalapenos in the Jar

Place the stuffed jalapenos into a sterilized glass jar. Pour the pickling brine you prepared over them.

Store the Pickles

Close the lid of the jar tightly and let it sit at room temperature for 1-2 days. Then, store it in the refrigerator. Cheese-stuffed jalapeno pickles will be ready for consumption in about 1 week in the refrigerator.
