According to a report by İlker Gezici from the Sabah newspaper, it was announced that reinforcement work would be carried out at the complex where Çilingiroğlu resides in Etiler. However, the celebrity reportedly demanded 2 million TL from the landlord to vacate the house.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Six years ago, Kaya Çilingiroğlu requested to rent this house in Etiler from Ceyhan for a monthly rent of 5,000 TL. Çilingiroğlu, who currently pays 10,000 TL in rent, did not agree to vacate the house despite the necessity for reinforcement work. In response to this situation, landlord Numan Ceyhan sought legal action and filed a 5 million TL compensation lawsuit against Çilingiroğlu.
