The former model and presenter made a post about her daughter on the social media platform X.

Akkaya stated that in 1997, she "got pregnant after choosing a partner extremely wrongly, and her life turned into a nightmare."

"BEING A MOTHER IS NOT THIS"

Referring to her ex-partner as "a psychopath," Akkaya stated that the custody battle she fought for her daughter lasted a lifetime, and she expressed the following allegations in the rest of her message:

"I just seized the phone that my daughter, whom I have officially raised alone for 16 years, was persistently hiding from me. As a result of finding her plans to go abroad without my knowledge and more, I confiscated the phone.

It wasn't enough for her to physically attack me; she also locked me on the balcony for 1.5 hours. When the pleas of the neighbors and security went unanswered, I was rescued as a result of calling 112 three times.

I will not allow this state of mind, which also resisted the police and then, not satisfied with that, committed character assassination against me, to hide behind adolescence. Do you know where we went wrong? By loving uncontrollably. Being a mother is not this, and it should not be. May God give patience to all mothers."

"SHE MOVED TO CHARACTER ASSASSINATION"

Reacting to some comments in her next message, Akkaya used the following expressions:

"My daughter, who locked me on the balcony for hours, moved to character assassination by saying 'she beat me' after the difficulties she caused for the teams that arrived as a result of my call, when she thought I wouldn't dare to call the police.

I did not build this life for someone to trample on it. Do not comment on this life without knowing the facts."
