Model Deniz Akkaya, who violated a protection order issued against her due to social media posts about Seda Akgül, has surrendered to prison to serve a 3-day coercive sentence.

The tension between Deniz Akkaya and presenter Seda Akgül, which has been on the public agenda for some time, was brought to the judiciary with a protection order issued by the court. The court had ruled that Akkaya must not approach or contact Akgül. However, new posts made by Akkaya on social media were found to be in violation of this order.
After the appeal process was completed, the court's 3-day coercive imprisonment sentence became final. The famous model went to Burhaniye Prison and surrendered in accordance with the decision.
