Barış Murat Yağcı, for whom an arrest warrant was issued as part of a drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, was disqualified from Survivor.
Yağcı, who was taken into custody at Istanbul Airport yesterday, gave his statement at the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command.
It was later learned that Yağcı, whose blood and hair samples were taken at the Council of Forensic Medicine, was released under judicial control.
