Ahead of Galatasaray's championship celebration held in Yenikapı, singer İrem Derici apologized for her humorous remarks directed at veteran artist Coşkun Sabah. Stating that her previous comments might have hurt Sabah, Derici said, 'I have my moments of foolishness, I apologize.'

'I APOLOGIZE TO HIM'

Derici explained that her humorous remark, 'Dreams were Dua Lipa, goals were Coşkun Sabah?', had been misunderstood. Noting that she used the expression after Dua Lipa requested a high fee for the celebration, Derici said, 'Coşkun Abi is my elder and my brother. He was a bit offended, so I apologize to him.'

Referring to Coşkun Sabah's famous song, Derici added, 'No song can be like Coşkun Sabah's Aşığım Sana.' Furthermore, stating that she was not invited to the celebration, Derici touched upon the stage lineup with a humorous tone, saying, 'There is an interesting lineup. Will Coşkun Sabah sing Anılar at the celebration?'

'SHE EVEN ASKED FOR TOO LITTLE'

Evaluating the 3.5 million dollar fee requested by Dua Lipa to perform, Derici used irony, saying, 'What was she going to do? She even asked for too little. What do you think the prices are abroad? We would have gone on stage without even asking for money.'
