The Actors' Union and SGAE published messages expressing their condolences to Vidal's family and close friends.
The Actors' Union stated the following regarding Francisco Vidal, who was a founding member of the Academy of Performing Arts: "He was an actor, director, and producer with an extensive professional career in cinema, television, and theater."
