Famous rapper Travis Scott admitted to being intoxicated after trespassing on a yacht and causing a disturbance, defending himself by saying, "This is Miami."

According to the police report, the star rapper, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster II, was arrested after causing a commotion on a yacht docked at a marina in Miami Beach, Fla.

Upon arriving at the scene, police found Scott shouting at passengers on the vessel. The report stated that officers could smell a strong odor of alcohol on the suspect's breath.

The report noted that Scott got into a vehicle waiting for him but soon began walking back toward the yacht despite warnings.

'NO PHYSICAL ALTERCATION'

The rapper's attorney, Bradford Cohen, said in a statement:

"Mr. Scott was briefly detained due to a misunderstanding. There was absolutely no physical altercation; we thank the authorities for working with us toward a quick and amicable resolution."

According to local reports, he was later released on bail after paying a total of 650 dollars for both charges.
