Businessman Erman Ilıcak was born on October 3, 1967, in Malatya. He is the founder and president of Rönesans Holding.
He completed his middle and high school education at TED Ankara College in 1985. He graduated from the METU Department of Civil Engineering in 1990. He received a diploma from the MBA program organized by the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of Minnesota in 2002.
He graduated from the business administration doctoral program organized by the International School of Management in Paris in 2011.
Erman Ilıcak, who began his professional life during his student years, founded Rönesans Holding in Saint Petersburg in 1993. Ilıcak currently continues to serve as the President of Rönesans Holding.
Headquartered in Ankara, Rönesans Holding currently operates as a main contractor and investor in the fields of construction, real estate, healthcare, energy, and petrochemicals with over 75 thousand employees in 28 countries across a wide geography, primarily in Turkey, Russia, and the Netherlands, as well as Central Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
