Stating that her treatment at Darülaceze has concluded, Özer announced that she will continue her treatment at Çam and Sakura Hospital.

Zerrin Özer made the following statements regarding her health status upon leaving the facility:
“My precious fans; as of yesterday, my treatment at the esteemed institution Darülaceze, facilitated by my dear doctor, has ended. I extend my endless thanks to the entire team.
In the next stage, my treatment process regarding the balance problem I experience while walking, which affects my daily life even if only slightly, will be managed by the esteemed doctors of Çam and Sakura Hospital, which possesses magnificent medical equipment and a professional team."
