Manifest, one of the most talked-about music groups of recent times, consisting of six women, held its first concert with an 18+ age restriction at Istanbul's Küçükçiftlik Park on Sunday, September 6.
INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an ex officio investigation into the dance and performances displayed during the concert on charges of "lewd acts" and "exhibitionism."
JUDICIAL CONTROL FOR GROUP MEMBERS
After giving their statements to the prosecutor's office yesterday, the group members were released by the court with judicial control conditions. The court imposed a travel ban and a requirement to sign in regularly.
In a new development today, an access ban was imposed on Manifest's concert footage. It was announced that, by the decision of the Ankara 6th Criminal Court of Peace, the concert recordings were blocked from access on the grounds of "protecting national security and public order."
