Star TV's popular series Yalı Çapkını, starring Afra Saraçoğlu and Mert Ramazan Demir, aired its 84th episode last night (November 22).
Following the broadcast of the new episode, news of a departure from Yalı Çapkını arrived.
Pelin Akil, who played the character of Diyar in Yalı Çapkını, has bid farewell to the series.
Pelin Akil had joined the cast in the 3rd season of the series.
The famous actress went to her final day of filming with her twin daughters, Alin and Lina. Sharing a farewell post, Pelin Akil wrote the following:
“I would like to thank all my friends whom I met and enjoyed working with, and who put their hearts into this work, for being my companions in the beautiful story you included Diyar in. Getting emotional while saying goodbye, hugging, and looking into each other's eyes—these are not things that happen in every job. You are all very precious, and I know that our paths will cross again in other ‘lands’ (diyarlar) and other stories.”
