Family scandal revealed on the Esra Erol'da program: Sentences announced!

In an incident that took place in the Develi district of Kayseri, a total of up to 21.5 years in prison is being sought for Güldane Ş. and the prospective groom Cuma D., who ran away with her disabled daughter's fiancé, on charges of 'theft', 'threat', and 'intentional injury'. The indictment prepared by the Develi Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has been accepted by the Criminal Court of First Instance.

The victim, D.Ş., stated in her testimony that she noticed an intimacy between her fiancé, Cuma D., and her mother, and that when she threatened to tell her father about the situation, she was threatened by her mother and her fiancé.

D.Ş. stated that she was threatened with the words, 'You will never tell your father that we went out or that the two of us stayed at home. Otherwise, we will kill you,' and that she was subjected to physical violence.

D.Ş. also stated that they noticed the gold and money her father, T.Ş., kept at home had disappeared.

T.Ş., in his statement, said that he applied to the police after realizing that 14 full gold coins, 1 bracelet, 19,500 dollars, and 35,000 liras he kept at home were missing.

It was stated that the total value of the items allegedly stolen is 1 million 226 thousand 900 liras.

Turan Şahin, who participated in Esra Erol's program, announced that his wife had run away with the fiancé of his disabled daughter, Dilek. Furthermore, it is stated that Dilek's mother, Güldane Şahin, is her daughter's legal guardian. The family realized they were living in a web of lies while they were planning to marry off their daughter.

According to the allegations, it was claimed that Güldane Şahin had been carrying on an illicit affair for a long time.

It was stated that when Turan Bey was not at home, the person named Cuma would enter and leave the house and even stay there.

THEY THREATENED HER

According to the statements made on the live broadcast, it was learned that the disabled Dilek had been subjected to physical and psychological violence by both her mother and her fiancé for a long time. It was alleged that Dilek caught her mother and her fiancé in the same bed, and was subsequently beaten and threatened with the words 'If you tell your father, we will kill you.'

It was claimed that their other 16-year-old daughter, who was in the house, also witnessed this situation and was silenced in a similar manner.

Güldane Şahin defended herself against her husband's suspicions by saying, 'Since Dilek cannot speak, I am the one talking to Cuma.'

However, the phone records that emerged revealed that the pair had been meeting secretly and carrying on a relationship for a long time.

RTÜK LAUNCHED AN INVESTIGATION

The Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) announced that it had launched an investigation into the "Esra Erol'da" program broadcast on the ATV channel.

In its statement, the Council shared the information that an investigation process had been initiated regarding the broadcast that became a matter of public debate concerning the 'Esra Erol'da' program and that the necessary steps would be taken quickly.
