The 13th Regional Directorate of Meteorology has issued a heavy rainfall warning for Elazığ, Malatya, Bingöl, Tunceli, and Adıyaman. The rainfall is expected to be heavy, particularly in some parts of Elazığ, Malatya, Tunceli, Bingöl, and Adıyaman. Additionally, icing and frost may occur during the night and morning hours.

In a statement made by the 13th Regional Directorate of Meteorology, it was stated, "The weather across our region is expected to be very cloudy; with rain and sleet in the surroundings of Malatya, Adıyaman, and Elazığ, and intermittent snowfall in the higher elevations; while the surroundings of Tunceli and Bingöl are expected to experience sleet and intermittent snowfall. It is also estimated that icing and frost, along with localized fog in higher elevations, will occur during the night and morning hours.
Since the expected rainfall across our region is forecast to be locally heavy in the southern and eastern parts of Elazığ, the southern and northern parts of Malatya, and the surroundings of Tunceli, Bingöl, and Adıyaman, caution and measures should be taken against potential negative consequences."
