New expert report emerges in Güllü's death! It does not match the witness testimony...

A new expert report added to the file has been obtained regarding the investigation into the death of singer Güllü, who lost her life after falling from the window of her home in Yalova.

The report emphasizes that the manner of the fall described by Sultan Nur Ulu, a friend of Güllü's daughter Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter and a witness to the incident, does not align with forensic findings.

In her statement, witness Sultan Nur Ulu had claimed that Güllü was grabbed from behind while facing outward at the window and pushed down in a single motion. However, according to journalist Emrullah Erdinç, the expert report does not support this account.

THE MANNER OF THE FALL DOES NOT MATCH

The report states that it is assessed that Güllü fell while standing at the window and facing the room, making contact with the window, and therefore the description in the witness statement does not corroborate the way the incident occurred.

The expert report included the following statements:

“If Gül Tut had fallen from the room window where the incident took place with her face looking outside the building, abrasions, ecchymosis, and redness would be expected on the front of her body due to friction against the window sill,

If she had fallen with her face looking outside the building, the positioning shown in Figure 1 would not be expected to occur; there is no intermediate impact point between the window from which she fell and the ground where the fall ended; no friction marks were detected on the exterior facade of the opposite building in the crime scene photos; therefore, if she had fallen with her face looking outward, the abrasions compatible with friction against the window sill detected on the left gluteal region and the back of the left leg could not be explained,

Due to the absence of friction-related abrasions on the upper front of Gül Tut's body, it is concluded that the deceased was standing close to the window during the fall,

The impact sounds heard before Gül Tut's fall can be heard in the raw version of the camera recordings from the day of the incident.”

WHAT HAD SHE SAID?

Sultan Nur Ulu had used the following words in her previous statement:

“I saw Tuğyan wrap her arms around her mother's legs from behind, below the hips, and pull her slightly upward. Immediately after Tuğyan pulled her mother that way, her mother fell. I saw the moment of the fall.”

Within the scope of the investigation, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter had been arrested and sent to prison on charges of “intentional homicide.”
