Allegations raised against Ayşe Barım, the owner of ID İletişim, continue to maintain their place on the agenda.

Following claims that Barım was monopolizing the market through her consulting firm and attempting to block certain famous names from the industry, the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office had launched an investigation.

The investigation launched by the Competition Board into 21 management companies and casting agencies has brought to the agenda striking allegations that also include famous actress Serenay Sarıkaya and singer Mert Demir.

According to the allegations, the relationship between Sarıkaya and Demir was arranged for promotional purposes, and it was claimed that a payment of 5 million dollars was made to the duo through manager Ayşe Barım via a business person for this project.

Following these developments, the prosecutor's office launched a wide-ranging investigation to look into the possibilities of money laundering and tax evasion.

Within the scope of the investigation, all bank accounts and phone records of Sarıkaya and Demir will be examined in detail.

PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE REQUESTED TESTIMONY

According to the report by Evren Abdullahoğlu from Sabah, Serenay Sarıkaya and Mert Demir are expected to provide testimony at the prosecutor's office in the coming days.

MASAK AND CYBER CRIMES ARE INVOLVED

The name at the center of the investigation is Ayşe Barım, the owner of the ID Consulting Company. The scope of the investigation, which was launched ex officio against Barım the other day, has been expanded with reports made on social media and successive confessions.
