The successful actor, who underwent gender reassignment surgery after becoming known as Nil Erkoçlar and has continued his life as Rüzgar Erkoçlar, now leads a life away from the public eye.
The actor, who has been away from the screens for some time, drew attention with his statements and his recent appearance.
HE BECAME A PARTNER AT THE PLACE WHERE HE WORKED YEARS AGO
The actor, who remained in the spotlight after his gender reassignment surgery, spoke to SnobMagazin.
Discussing his new job, Erkoçlar said, "I joined Fahrettin Bey, the owner of the bakery where I worked 12 years ago. In other words, I became a partner to my former boss. Not in the kitchen side of the business.
I am on the side of both sales and product procurement. We have formed a team, and new colleagues will be joining us," he said.
Speaking about himself, Erkoçlar added, "My marriage has been going on for eight years. May God grant many more beautiful years."
When asked, "Are you receiving series offers?" the actor replied, "I don't get many offers from television. I know the reason why they don't come... There is nothing wrong with my situation. The press reports on me, everyone knows me.
When it comes to my own profession, it doesn't happen. There are feature films, I don't know if it's the failure of the production companies, they can't be sold.
Or there is an obstacle placed here. If so, I want that to be removed," he responded.
Stating, "13 years have passed since the first news reports came out," Rüzgar Erkoçlar added that he wants to write a book about the process he went through.
