Seçil Erzan, who is alleged to have defrauded famous names with the promise of high-yield funds, has sold the house in Bozcaada inherited from her father, which she had mortgaged in exchange for a 10 million lira debt, for 15 million TL. SOLD FOR A 10 MILLION LIRA DEBT
In the debt agreement dated January 6, 2023, where the creditor was Türkay Gümülcineli, the debtor was Seçil Erzan, and the witnesses were Ali and Atilla Yörük, the terms of the agreement included the following: “The creditor has made a cash payment of 10 million lira to the debtor, and for this debt, the debtor Seçil Erzan accepts and undertakes in advance to provide the creditor with a mortgage on all of her shares in the real estate registered in the land registry in the Alaybey neighborhood of the Bozcaada district of Çanakkale, as well as the share of Fatma Erzan in the same real estate, for whom she is authorized to act.
The parties have agreed that the 10 million lira debt provided will be repaid within 30 days from the date of the agreement, and in the event of non-payment, the parties have agreed that the real estate will be subject to foreclosure through the conversion of the mortgage into cash. The debtor, Seçil Erzan, accepts and undertakes, both as a proxy and in her own capacity, that she will not raise any objections regarding this matter in any way.”
The villa that Seçil Erzan mortgaged against a 10 million lira debt in Bozcaada has been sold by the Ezine Enforcement Office.
The villa, which was valued at 9 million 222 thousand 422 lira in an expert report, was sold for 15 million TL.
The title deed transfer in the auction sale is expected to take place by February 12.
The vineyard house, located on approximately 2 decares of land inherited from Seçil Erzan's father, had been renovated and converted into a villa.
