Shocking claim from Güllü's boss! He has filed a criminal complaint

Following the death of Güllü, who lost her life after falling from the 6th-floor window of her home in Yalova, Ferdi Aydın, the owner of the entertainment venue where the singer performed in Istanbul, challenged the course of the investigation by going to the Yalova Courthouse and filing an official complaint.

Aydın alleged that Güllü was killed by her daughter, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, and submitted WhatsApp correspondence in his possession as evidence.

While the investigation into the death of Güllü, who fell from the window of her home on the 6th floor of a 6-story building on Vali Akı Street in the Harmanlar neighborhood of Çınarcık district around 01:30 on September 26, continues, venue owner Ferdi Aydın arrived at the Yalova Courthouse with two witnesses to file a criminal complaint.

Aydın, who gave his statement at the courthouse, said he would add the WhatsApp correspondence to the file to support his claim.

'‘THERE IS A CONFESSION IN THE PHONE RECORDS’'

Speaking outside the courthouse, Ferdi Aydın claimed that in a message and video sent to a family friend, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter said, “I killed my mother,” and made the following statements:

“I explained what I knew in my statement. Now my witness friends are inside, and they will give their statements. We will explain everything we know in the presence of lawyers. I believe Tuğyan is the murderer.

There are also confessions from a family friend, Ms. Bircan. Tuğyan forcibly deleted all the records on Ms. Bircan's phone by entering her house. She went to her house and intimidated the woman. I have the records of the messages. We will have them added to the file now. There are voice recordings of Ms. Tuğyan's ex-boyfriend.

Regarding her using substances and being a bad woman. There is also a video of Ms. Bircan. There is a confession from Tuğyan saying, ‘I wish I hadn't killed my mother this way.’ I will put them all into the records as evidence.

We currently have two witnesses inside. Ms. Bircan is also Tuğyan's closest person. I have pointed out other witnesses; we also have secret witnesses. From now on, it is up to our state.

The records are voice recordings of her closest relatives. All of Çınarcık says that Tuğyan uses banned substances and is capable of anything. We also believe that Güllü was murdered.

Ms. Bircan confesses in the records, saying, 'Tuğyan told me she killed her.' She said, 'I wish I hadn't killed my mother this way, her bones were shattered, I was saddened.'”
