Water outage in Ankara: Which districts will be affected?
Due to intersection construction work in the Yenimahalle district of Ankara, water outages and low pressure will occur on December 24-25, 2024. Some neighborhoods in the Yenimahalle, Etimesgut, and Sincan districts will be affected.

The Ankara Water and Sewerage Administration (ASKİ), affiliated with the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB), has announced that a 1-day water outage will be implemented due to ongoing intersection construction work in the Yenimahalle district.
According to the statement made by the ABB, the outage will last from 09:00 on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, until 09:00 on Wednesday, December 25, 2024.
The municipality's statement regarding the outage is as follows:
"WATER OUTAGE
Dear Subscribers,
Due to the ongoing intersection construction work on Bağdat Street in the Macun Neighborhood of the Yenimahalle district, the drinking water transmission line will be relocated.
Due to the connection work that will affect the Yenimahalle, Etimesgut, and Sincan regions, water outages and low pressure will be experienced from 09:00 on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, until 09:00 on Wednesday, December 25, 2024.
Neighborhoods that will be affected by the water outage and low pressure are as follows; YENİMAHALLE: İlkyerleşim, Batı Sitesi, Uğur Mumcu, İnönü, Kardelen, Macun, Ostim, Serhat, Susuz, and Ata Neighborhoods; ETİMESGUT: Göksu, Yavuz Selim, Şeyh Şamil, Devlet, Güzelkent, Şehit Osman Avci, and Tunahan Neighborhoods; SİNCAN: Yunus Emre, Ulubatlı Hasan, Mevlana, Gazi Osmanpaşa, Fatih, Gökçek, Törekent, Menderes, Çoğulu, Adalet, 29 Ekim, Fevzi Çakmak, and Mustafa Kemal Neighborhoods
