Will revealed, chaos ensues: Trusteeship requested for Ferdi Tayfur's assets!

Ferdi Tayfur, the legendary name of Arabesque music, passed away on January 2, 2025, at the hospital where he was receiving treatment due to multiple organ failure.

The master artist's will has been revealed. Şirin Gözalıcı, who is both the niece and press advisor of Ferdi Tayfur, shared the master artist's will on her social media account.

According to the post made by Şirin Gözalıcı, Ferdi Tayfur's will is as follows:

"The will prepared by our dear father, the pillar of our family, was revealed today. Actually, he had wanted to share this announcement with his loved ones himself, but unfortunately, his life was not long enough. This honorable duty fell to us. Our father had once again shown his love and devotion to his people by donating a portion of the assets he acquired through the strength and love given by our people to the Turkish Armed Forces, the Darüşşafaka Society, and LÖSEV. As his family, we are infinitely proud of our father. May he rest in peace."

"I WILL NOT LET THIS GO"

It was noted that Ferdi Tayfur's estranged daughter, Tuğçe Tayfur, was not included in his will. Following the announcement of the will, Tuğçe Tayfur broke her silence on her social media account.

Sharing a photo with her brother Timur Turanbayburt, she made the following statements:

"I am by your side as long as I live, brother Timur Turanbayburt. When you gave your kidney to my father, only my cousin Cumali and I were by his side; the others or anyone else were not there! We know our father. If there had been a will under his monopoly, he would have donated all his assets to institutions. May God bless his resting place. But don't you forget this; those who appear to be the majority are not right against those who appear to be the minority. This is entirely a relationship of interest.

Just 4 days after my father's passing, we did not expect a request for a certificate of inheritance before our tears had even dried. You ended up in court before even the 40th day had passed! You cannot hide what you have transferred to yourselves by putting institutions forward. They have transferred the island, the company, the copyrights, and the real estate to Nilüfer and Şirin Gözalıcı and irrelevant third parties. You are shamelessly advertising the donations made by my father!

I will not let this go! I trust my father and justice. Whether it takes 1 year or 10 years... Now don't you dare take my father's name into your mouth! Stay away from my father's account!"

According to the report by Sabah, Tuğçe Tayfur has requested the appointment of a trustee for the assets.

According to Tayfur's will, the artist donated a portion of his real estate in Yalova and Istanbul to the Darüşşafaka Society, the TSK (Turkish Armed Forces), and LÖSEV. Two apartments in Beldibi, Marmaris, and one apartment in the Fatih district of Istanbul were left to the Darüşşafaka Society, eight villas located in the Esenköy region of the Çınarcık district of Yalova were left to LÖSEV, and an apartment in the Mudurnu district of Bolu was left to the TSK.

Following the argument that took place at Ferdi Tayfur's funeral prayer, Necla Nazır, her daughter Tuğçe Tayfur, and her son-in-law remained on the agenda.
