German national Michael Raab, living in Sakarya, converts to Islam

German national Michael Raab, who lives in the Karasu district of Sakarya, has converted to Islam. Raab recited the Shahada in the presence of witnesses.

A conversion ceremony was held at the Karasu District Mufti's Office for Michael Raab, who decided to become a Muslim after being influenced by the Islamic faith.

After receiving information about the fundamental principles of the religion from District Mufti Mehmet Çelebi, Raab recited the Shahada in the presence of witnesses and became a Muslim.

PRAYERS WERE ALSO RECITED

During the ceremony, prayers were recited following a recitation of the Quran.

Çelebi, who presented Raab with a "certificate of conversion" and a copy of the Quran, congratulated him on his choice.
