In a message shared with his followers, the 57-year-old chef said, "Tomorrow is Father's Day and I have a message for all the fathers out there... You must wear a helmet!"
The famous chef stated that he had a very serious accident while cycling in Connecticut, USA, but noted that his health is improving.
Ramsay said, "I had a bad accident this week. I am doing well and I didn't break any bones or suffer any major injuries, but I am quite bruised. I look like a purple potato right now."
Ramsay lifted his apron to show his followers the extent of his injury.
