İbrahim Y., who obtained Aleyna Tilki's personal information, is being tried on charges of "unlawfully obtaining or disseminating personal data," facing up to 4 years in prison. The assistant to the Tilki family testified in the case.

According to the allegations, İbrahim Y. obtained various private data belonging to Aleyna Tilki, including identity information, personal data accessible only by judicial authorities, home address, Turkish ID number, and population registration, and reached out to the famous singer's father and assistant via social media.

The defendant, who blackmailed her by saying he would disclose the information to third parties, subsequently shared the same data from different accounts on social media.

Denying the accusations against him, the defendant defended himself by saying, "I learned that Aleyna Tilki's personal information had been stolen. After learning this, I first messaged her to help her and stated that the information had been stolen. Then I sent messages to her father and assistant as well. My only intention was to help."

Asena Altınkanat Bayram, who was heard as a witness in court and stated that she is the assistant who manages all family affairs for Aleyna Tilki's father, said, "When I checked the company emails, I received a message saying 'Contact me,' stating that your personal information and ID numbers were in my possession and that they would be spread. When we encounter such messages, we immediately delete them and block the person."

THE MESSAGE HE SENT WAS REVEALED

She stated that the messages he sent did not contain any information regarding personal data. It only said "Contact me." However, when he sent the same message from Instagram, it also included photos of Aleyna Tilki from when she was 16-17 years old and her personal information.
