Condolence visit from İmamoğlu to Volkan Demirel, who lost his father

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu paid a condolence visit to former national goalkeeper and coach Volkan Demirel, who lost his father Ali Hacı Demirel three days ago. 

In a statement regarding the visit, İmamoğlu said, "I share the pain of our brother Volkan and wish him patience. May God have mercy on Ali Naci Demirel, and I offer my condolences to his family." 

71-year-old Ali Hacı Demirel had fallen ill due to chest pain in Bodrum and passed away at the hospital where he was taken.
