Social media influencer Mika Slowana filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office, alleging that a Twitter user named Haydar Nazım G. had harassed her.

According to a report by Neslihan Keskin from Akşam newspaper, the prosecutor's office requested a prison sentence of 3 months to 2 years for the suspect, who used the phrase "Even if you age, you've still got it, you're a hot woman" toward Slowana, on charges of 'sexual harassment.' The suspect, who was tried at the Istanbul Criminal Court of First Instance, stated that he did not remember the post in question.

The court ruled that the elements of the crime were not met and acquitted the defendant. The reasoned decision stated, "It is known that comments and criticisms written against public figures can be harsh, hurtful, and severe."
