Jazz pianist Moncef Genoud performed at the 31st Izmir European Jazz Festival
Tunisian-born Swiss jazz pianist Moncef Genoud gave a concert as part of the 31st Izmir European Jazz Festival.

Moncef Genoud, considered one of Europe's leading jazz artists, performed for jazz enthusiasts at the Ahmed Adnan Saygun Art Center (AASM) as part of the 31st Izmir European Jazz Festival, organized by the Izmir Foundation for Culture, Arts and Education (İKSEV).
In the concert, which was held in cooperation with the Honorary Consulate of Switzerland in Izmir, Moncef Genoud was accompanied by Timothy Verdesca on bass, Yannick Barman on trumpet, and Yoann Schmidt on drums.
During the concert, well-known jazz pieces as well as compositions by Moncef Genoud were performed.
As part of the festival, jazz enthusiasts will meet the Embryo Live group, which is considered a school in jazz music, on March 18.
