According to NTV's report, Timberlake's mugshot, taken before his arrest, has also emerged. The arrest report states that police attempted to stop the star's gray vehicle, but he was arrested after pulling over because he failed to stop on the right side of the road.

The Suffolk County District Attorney's Office announced that the star was released without bail after being formally charged.
