The body of Kenan Işık, who passed away at a private hospital in Istanbul, has been released to his family who arrived at the hospital.

Actor and presenter Kenan Işık, who suffered a brain hemorrhage after a fall on March 21, 2014, had been in a coma for 10 years. The 76-year-old Işık, who had been receiving treatment for many years, passed away yesterday. Kenan Işık's body was released to his family, who arrived at the hospital in the morning hours.
FUNERAL SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED
Following a ceremony to be held today at the Atatürk Cultural Center (AKM) at 11:00 AM, Kenan Işık will be laid to rest at Karşıyaka Cemetery on Wednesday, July 31, following the funeral prayer to be performed after the noon prayer at the Ahmet Hamdi Akseki Mosque in Ankara.
