Kidnapped at 23 months old, she reunited with her family after 26 years

Andrea Michelle Reyes, who was kidnapped in 1999 when she was just a 23-month-old baby, has been found safe and sound after 26 years. At the time, it was alleged that her mother, Rosa Tenorio, who did not have custody, had kidnapped Andrea, and an arrest warrant had been issued for Rosa. However, the mother and daughter had managed to remain untraceable for many years.

Despite years of searching, Andrea's family had been unable to achieve any results. However, the New Haven police reopened the case and managed to track Andrea down through investigations involving social media and old interviews. It is reported that Andrea, now 27, has reunited with her father.
