TikTok influencer Kübra Aykut, who famously held a wedding for herself by saying, "I cannot find a groom worthy of me," died by suicide after jumping from the 5th floor of the apartment where she lived in Sultanbeyli, Istanbul.
SHE LEFT A SUICIDE NOTE
Following the suicide, police teams entered the home with the help of a locksmith. It was learned that Aykut had left a note behind before taking her own life.
In the note written in her own handwriting, Kübra Aykut wrote the following:
“I jumped of my own free will. Because I no longer want to live. Take very good care of Fıstık. I was good to everyone in my life, but I could not be good to myself. Living as a good person gained me nothing. Be selfish in this life, then you will be happy. I have been suffering for days, but no one saw it. I am sorry. How I surprised you, didn't I?”
On the other hand, footage shared by Kübra Aykut on her social media account 5 hours prior has emerged.
The footage shows moments of Aykut cleaning her home.
