"I AM ADDRESSING YOU IN A VERY DIFFICULT SITUATION"
Singer Linet Menaşi addressed the authorities from her Instagram account.
Saying, "I am addressing you in a very difficult situation," Linet Menaşi stated, "I am currently backstage and preparing. Perhaps you can hear it; I am being protested outside. I am very sad and I have no safety. I am asking you, please protect me."
"MR. PRESIDENT, PLEASE SUPPORT ME"
Linet Menaşi continued her words as follows:
"I am a Turkish citizen, I am an artist. And until today, I have only existed through my voice. Mr. President, Ms. Emine Erdoğan. Please support me, please let this persecution end, I beg you. I am calling out to Turkey from here: Until today, I have only existed through my voice, and it will be the same from this day forward. I beg you, do not leave me alone in this matter."
