Madonna fan files complaint: 'Exposed me to pornography'

A music fan named Justen Lipeles, who attended singer Madonna's 'Celebration' world tour concert in Inglewood in March, has taken action against Madonna, accusing the show of "exposing him to pornography without warning."

Justen Lipeles, who made sexually explicit accusations regarding Madonna's concerts, claimed that the audience was "forced to watch topless women simulating sex acts on stage."

According to information reported by Habertürk, Justen Lipeles stated in the complaint he submitted to the court, "Forcing consumers to wait for hours in hot, uncomfortable arenas and exposing them to pornography without any warning is a sign of Madonna's arrogant disrespect for her fans."

CLAIMS THAT 'AIR CONDITIONING WAS TURNED OFF'

According to reports in the US press, what led Justen Lipeles to file the lawsuit was not only the sexually explicit nature of the concert but also the fact that the air conditioning in the stadium was turned off, leaving all the spectators exposed to the heat.

Justen Lipeles stated that when fans expressed their discomfort due to the heat at the concert he attended, Madonna told the crowd to take off their clothes.

'DID NOT ADHERE TO THE SCHEDULED CONCERT TIME'

Lipeles, who is suing Madonna and the concert promoter on six counts including breach of written contract, misrepresentation, emotional distress, and false advertising, also claimed in his complaint that he was misled regarding the show's start time.

The plaintiff stated that although the concert time was announced as 8:30 PM, it did not start until 10:00 PM.

Lipeles also alleged that the singer performed the concert via playback rather than live.
