Magazine writer and TSM artist Onur Akay attacked!

Known as the "harbinger of disaster" for the bad news he reports from the world of celebrities, Turkish Art Music artist and magazine writer Onur Akay was attacked in the Edremit district of Balıkesir.

According to the information obtained, during the night in the Altınkum neighborhood of Edremit district, Turkish Art Music artist and magazine writer Onur Akay was punched while in front of a friend's caravan on the beach.

Akay lost consciousness for a while due to the two punches he received. Health and police teams were dispatched to the scene.

Onur Akay suffered severe bruising on his right eye and a laceration on his eyebrow. Stating that he would file a criminal complaint against the attacker, Akay noted that he would obtain a medical report for the assault.

Describing the incident, Onur Akay pointed out that he has been in a dispute with Kadir Doğulu for some time, saying, "Since our friend was staying in the caravan, we went to drop him off there. We said let's sit there for a bit and get some fresh air. The weather was also very nice. Suddenly, a kid came from the other side. A young kid. He punched me in the eye. 'The first punch is for Kadir Doğulu,' he said. Those with me heard it too. He said the second punch was for something else. I wrote about it on social media."

Stating that he was also attacked last year, Akay said, "They attacked me last year too, two girls. They broke one of my teeth. It was in the magazines. They came from there too. I think these are their relatives. We have a court hearing today as well."

Expressing that he will file a complaint regarding the attack, Onur Akay said, "I will get a medical report today. Police and an ambulance came to me immediately. I had fallen to the ground. My friends called. The ambulance crew wanted to put in stitches, but I thought it was nothing. When I got home, I looked and saw what a state I was in."

Stating that his fellow artists called him, Akay said, "Bülent Ersoy called me. Our valuable artist, the precious name of Turkish Art Music. 'Such things can happen, my child. I lost my kidney, is your eye being bruised that much?' she said. Maybe she is right."

The Edremit District Police Department Public Security Bureau teams have launched an investigation to apprehend the attacker.
