Michelin announces: The best of Istanbul, Izmir, and Mugla to be revealed on December 5

The Michelin Guide will announce its restaurant selection in Turkey on December 5. Chefs from all the restaurants that will be included in the 2025 selection for Istanbul, Izmir, and Mugla will be invited to the ceremony, which will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel Bosphorus in Istanbul.

During the ceremony, which will be broadcast live on their YouTube channel, a series of special awards highlighting the exceptional performance of industry professionals will also be presented.

Commenting on the matter, Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the Michelin Guide, stated, "This year, Michelin Guide inspectors once again traveled to select the best restaurants in Istanbul, Izmir, and Bodrum. While continuing to explore new regions, they were excited to discover hidden culinary treasures by visiting additional parts of Mugla beyond Bodrum. We look forward to officially announcing our full selection and once again emphasizing to local gourmets and international travelers that Turkey is a true paradise for food enthusiasts."
