Müjde Uzman outraged after being reported to CİMER

Müjde Uzman announced that her neighbors had filed a complaint against her with the Presidential Communication Center (CİMER) for feeding stray animals in her garden. Stating that municipal police and veterinary teams arrived at her door following the complaint, Uzman expressed in a statement on her social media account that this was the first time she had experienced such a situation.

Emphasizing that her garden is clean and well-maintained, Uzman said the complaint was made on the grounds that the cats were defecating in neighboring gardens. Expressing her reaction by saying, "Am I the one controlling where a cat poops?", Uzman noted that the teams that arrived were polite.

The famous actress stated that she cleans her garden every day and picks up trash she sees on the street, emphasizing that the natural behaviors of animals should be understood by humans. Uzman said, "Cats do not leave their waste in the open like some people; they do not exhibit behavior like relieving themselves without covering it up."

Touching upon the fact that her neighbor filed a complaint without communicating with her directly, Uzman said, "Filing a complaint like a child without speaking in person or seeking a solution like a human being really does not fit with conscience or maturity." She also noted that another neighbor had expressed support for her.

Finally, emphasizing that the living spaces of stray animals are shrinking, Uzman stated that sharing green spaces is a responsibility. She concluded her remarks by saying, "Everywhere is concrete. If you have the luxury of living in a green space, you have to share this area with nature and other living creatures."
