The artist's lawyer, Cemil Cem Eribol, made a written statement regarding the matter, saying, "My client will provide her statement after she returns." He also added, "We believe that Ziynet Sali was included in the matter by mistake."

“WE BELIEVE SHE WAS INCLUDED IN THE MATTER BY MISTAKE”

The statement by singer Ziynet Sali's lawyer, Cemil Cem Eribol, is as follows:

"Media and press reports stating that my client Ziynet Sali has been detained are not true. Specifically, my client Ziynet Sali has been invited to provide a statement, but since she is abroad, she will provide her statement upon her return.

In the meantime, we would like to state unequivocally: My client Ziynet Sali has never even smoked a cigarette in her life, and she has no connection or involvement whatsoever with the investigation or the individuals in question. We believe that my client Ziynet Sali was included in the matter by mistake."
