Dilan Polat and her husband Engin Polat were previously arrested as part of an investigation into charges of money laundering, forming a criminal organization, and violating the Law on the Regulation of Betting and Games of Chance.
The couple, who face up to 40 years in prison, were released under judicial control after spending more than 9 months in prison. It was reported that the new investigation launched into Dilan Polat concerns allegations of fraud within the scope of commercial activities.
