Oğuzhan Uğur's 'headscarf thanks' to the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry

While news of fires coming from all corners of Turkey has caused citizens distress, the remarks made by Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Yumaklı at a meeting, stating, "In the old Turkey, mothers wearing headscarves could not enter the schoolyards where their children studied," drew attention.

Amidst all the fire disasters, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı, who appeared before the public with a statement on the "headscarf," faced significant backlash, particularly on social media.

BabalaTV founder Oğuzhan Uğur also made an ironic reference based on this statement by Yumaklı.

Uğur, who offered his thanks to Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Yumaklı for solving the "headscarf injustice," invited the Minister in the continuation of his post to perform his primary duty of protecting the forests.

Oğuzhan Uğur used the following expressions in the statement he made on his social media account:

"You are very right. This was a great injustice. You solved it 15 years ago. It is no longer happening. Because it has passed. It is in the past. It is history. It is over, in other words. Thank you.

If you wish, let's look at today a little bit. How are you? What is the state of agriculture? How are the forests?

Are our farmers doing well? Is everything going well? Best regards, I kiss your hands."
