According to a report by The New York Post, it has emerged that a paternity suit was filed against Bowling in October 2023 in Minnesota by his ex-wife, Annica Bowling, to whom he was married for 9 years and from whom he separated in 2019.
Two years after Abby and Josh's wedding, his ex-wife Annica filed a paternity suit regarding her third child, born in 2020, whom she believes may be his. A "genetic test report" was added to the court file on March 7, 2024.
