The Tiny House, which allows for a 2+1 adult accommodation capacity, has 2 torsion-braked axles with a SCHLEGL 1400-kilogram capacity.

It is stated that the Tiny House has a 60 mm front wheel with a jack center tube and a composite sandwich panel exterior. AGT wall panels are used on the interior, and CTP Composite panel technology is used on the roof. The flooring is made with class 32 laminate flooring, which has antibacterial coating and anti-allergic properties.
