Premiere of the film 'Cadı' held in Baku
The premiere of the film 'Cadı', directed by Erman Bostan and inspired by the work of the same name by Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar, was held in Baku. Speaking at the premiere, lead actor Furkan Andıç said, "Honestly, I wasn't expecting this much interest; everyone was warm and attentive."

Following its release in Turkey, the film's Baku premiere also took place. In addition to the film's lead actors Furkan Andıç and Buse Meral, Çağdaş Onur Öztürk also met with cinema enthusiasts in Baku.

Cadı, a film adapted from the novel of the same name by Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar, follows the events that unfold as Fikriye, a young widow forced into marriage with Naşit Nefi Efendi during the final days of the Ottoman Empire, attempts to solve the mystery behind the rumors of a witch haunting the mansion where they live.
