Prices of thousands of products on one site: Has the 'Market Fiyatı' site launched? How to access it? Which markets are included?
Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır announced that the newly launched 'Market Fiyatı' (Market Price) website allows users to view and compare the prices of nearly 50,000 products across chain supermarkets.

Through marketfiyati.org.tr, developed by TÜBİTAK, prices for products in many categories—such as fruits and vegetables, meat, chicken, fish, dairy and breakfast items, beverages, staple foods, cleaning supplies, and personal care—can be compared in real-time. This allows citizens to easily identify the most affordable prices.
''PRICES OF NEARLY 50 THOUSAND PRODUCTS WILL BE VIEWABLE''
Minister Mehmet Fatih Kacır shared the link to the marketfiyati.org.tr website in a post on the social media platform X, stating the following:
''We have opened the website, which is the product of our work carried out by TÜBİTAK for the research of the Central Bank and other relevant public institutions, for the benefit and access of all our citizens.
Thus, everyone will be able to see and compare the prices of nearly 50 thousand products in chain market branches.

Within the scope of the project carried out in cooperation with the Central Bank, price data from 7 major chain markets have been integrated into the TÜBİTAK BİLGEM systems. The markets whose price information is shared are as follows:

TÜBİTAK BİLGEM has developed various analysis methods and algorithms to ensure the accuracy of the collected price data. This cleaned data is published on the CimriMarkette and MarketTamam applications. Additionally, it was announced that a mobile application named “Market Fiyatı” will also be made available very soon.
