Regarding the parties who ended up in court over a parking dispute during a party held for Engin Polat's birthday, the prosecutor's office issued a decision of non-prosecution concerning allegations that Dilan Polat raided her neighbor's home and that Sıla Doğu assaulted the neighbor.

However, the prosecutor's office announced that a lawsuit will be filed against Dilan and Engin Polat for crimes including 'assault' and 'threats by more than one person'.
