"This public will come to its senses when it starts seeing Syrian or Afghan mayors in 10-15 years," said Gökbakar, continuing as follows:

"This public will wake up when Arabs start to become decisive in elections in Turkey, but it will be too late. I cannot fathom the filling of these beautiful lands, which Atatürk and his comrades-in-arms saved with the blood of hundreds of thousands of martyrs, with Arabs and Afghans under the guise of refugees. I cannot accept it!"
